Jianze's first brand concept store, with the design concept of "terrace garden", is located in Birland in Liangzhu Cultural Village, Hangzhou. The emerging community embraces a diverse range of local life and cultural and artistic experiences. Compared with the noisy central area, the streets are more suitable for Jianze's personality. The brand can easily integrate into the surrounding daily life and carry out sustainable expression at its own pace.
Terrace garden is just around the corner
Jianze worked with Yatofu Creatives to design the space, and found inspiration from the familiar terrace garden: this is the blurred boundary that connects architecture and nature, a place where people can escape from isolation and yet be within reach. Everyone is equal and comfortable, gathering or taking a break to enjoy a small moment in life.
We use "terrace garden" as the design concept to create a refreshing and friendly space atmosphere, allowing visitors to explore the space and understand the special features of the space. Different from ordinary retail spaces, this place will focus more on building relaxed and intimate relationships with brand friends and potential customers.
Breaking through the inertial thinking of space is the inspiration that Jianze has always hoped to bring to users through design. The terrace uses a series of design ingenuity to expand a new "outdoor" space within a space of 74 square meters, fully open to all visitors.
Exhibition of diverse artifacts
The entrance is a log display cabinet close to nature, which houses Jianze's eccentric and exclusive preferences: ALTER ERRANCE, which is good at cross-border imitation of materials, studiososlow, which reveals the properties of objects, "Let's Talk Glass", which is dedicated to glass art, and LIANG, which uses utensils Conveying a sense of ritual...
Selected and continuously updated by Jianze, these artists and designers from many fields are also independently exploring the practice of expression, constantly challenging themselves, and expanding the boundaries of creation bit by bit.
Home furnishing works with their own characteristics in terms of materials, craftsmanship and usage scenarios are gathered here, and together they create various possibilities for life.
Furniture hangs lightly on the wall
The metal rod matrix, rouge dyed microcement, and white square ceramic tiles are properly coordinated to form a wall display system that can be flexibly updated.
After Jianze's small and medium-sized works are put on the wall, they not only show lightness and cuteness, but also provide visitors with different perspectives on the design details. The insertion rod can also be freely adjusted to support product update display and art installation hanging.
The white tiles extending from the floor to the wall, like Jianze's whiteboard, tell the product's creative concept and latest news through various materials such as prints.
The sky loft is like a secret realm
"Vapour" colored structural columns extend from the large window-like sliding door to the interior, invisibly dividing the space into several areas. At the same time, taking advantage of the height difference, a unique loft is built in the center.
The use of translucent perforated mesh panels not only provides a certain degree of privacy, but also maintains the transparency of the space, allowing light, shadow and air to circulate freely.
Go up the spiral staircase to the attic and open the small window, where you can overlook the scenery of the entire terrace. There are bookshelves here, which collect art books that Jianze is also reading. You can sit in the Yǎng Chair or Pine-Pine Sofa to read, and you can also relax and take a nap.

a place within reach.
You are welcome to take a stroll and stay,
explore a new life together.
